Billing Rates

Business Standard Service Call (8am-5pm Scheduled)
~ $135.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum

Business Emergency/Critical Service Call (8am-5pm)
~ $202.50 per hour with a 1 hour minimum

Personal Standard Service Call (8am-5pm Scheduled)
~ $108.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum

Personal Emergency/Critical Service Call (8am-5pm)
~ $162.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum

Phone Support is billed at $1 per minute with a 15 minute minimum.
(Emergency phone support is billed at 1.5 times the above rate)

Website Administration & Development is billed
at $65.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.

Application & Database Development is billed
at $75 per hour with a 1 hour minumum

24-hour Remote Dial-In Support is billed at 1/2 current onsite labor rate.

24-hour ‘After Hour Support’ is billed at 1.5 times the normal rate.

Trip Charges are based on mileage from our corporate location in Upland
(0-75 miles-Free, 75-150 miles-$75.00, 150+ miles-$150)

We have teamed up with the big players to offer our customers a secure encrypted offsite backup solution that is very affordable. Everyday up to 10GB (compressed) of your data can be backed up offsite to 2 separate secure data centers for easy retrieval of your files in case of an emergency.

Most companies we visit for the first time think they have a backup system but have never tested it. We like to review the backup system and test it to make sure in a critical time of need your data is recoverable. With our remote monitoring and offsite backup solution we monitor your server or stand alone PC serveral times a week to verify your data is being backed up so you can sleep well at night.
